New Guns 'n' Roses CD

All, the moment we have all been waiting for is almost here. Axel is ready. I am ready. The question is, Are You Ready? Chinese Democracy is on it's way to a Best Buy near you. It will be out on Nov 23rd. I have pre-ordered my copy, so that I don't have to pay for it on Sunday. I can just go pick it up and enjoy. To all who love them as much as I do, congratulations on overcoming the long wait. The day that we never thought would come is finally here. Congrats to all.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you guys thanks and tell you all I love you, as cheesy as that might sound, I guess when your in a place like this and see folks gettin' hurt you tend to tell those your close to you love them a lot'... But I mean that in the most sincere way I can say it... We have all been through a lot of shit together and shared a lot of laughs and a lot of tears... I consider you all my brothers and hope you feel the same towards me... I know we've had our moments of differences, but overall, it's pretty amazing we have all stayed together and this close considering the time and all... Dudes, Blizzard is coming out with Diablo 3. I think we all owe it to ourselves to play this third chapter together. I mean come on guys! Darkness has once again began to grow upon the land! Thought that i would drop a liitle ditty since it has been a while. I am excited to announce that I got the supervisor job at Nature's Sunshine, today was my first day. It was quite overwhelming but I am excited it is a really good oppurtunity with a good company. My sister Angie got remarried about a month and a half ago. And we are excited about that also for this one isn't a lowlife scumbag. My older bro Bill got engaged yesterday. We celebrated Bryson's 6th birthday and man does it make me feel old. Brendan will turn 2 on the 11th. Dawe I heard you had your baby that is awesome we will try to stop by soon and see her. Potter I miss not smelling the stank more often, and hope to rectify that. Hey everyone, we just wanted to let you guys know that we exists. We would like to set up a weekend some time where we can do a camping/fishing trip this summer. We could also do another BBQ get togheter before the next 10 years fly by, maybe for all of the August birthdays. Hey guys, been a bit since I posted but just letting you know that I'm way busy right now because Jordan Landing is doing freaking awesome!!! It's doing more than both of the other two stores combined! I now need to get back into the other stores and start to push some marketing ideas I've had to help to build business up a bit more, but man........what a relief. Hope all is well with the rest of you. It's really good to hear from you Gregor, drop us a line when when you get a chance and let us know how things are in the big A. What's up boys?

I'm up here at Ft. Lewis WA. Things are going pretty good so far. They keep us pretty busy, but time is going fast. Lisa and the kids are coming up next week, we get 4 days of pass, then I'll be leaving for the big A soon after. This is going to be nice to be able to keep in contact w/ you guys. BTW, Congrats Dawe on the baby girl!!

I've been trying to keep an eye on the Jazz, they are doing pretty well. I hope all is well with you guy's. Sorry I haven't contributed much... I'll try and get some pictures on here when I can. Take it easy, I'll talk to you guys later,

Party On...!

Hey guys, after several weeks of Rylee asking me every night for for her Birthday party we think we have the weekend that will work....This weekend! Saturday the 23rd of February at 2:00 at Ma and Pa Dawe's in Mapleton. Hope all of you can make it. I know Gregor flies out on Tuesday so other than the open house for him on Sunday it might be the last chance we get to hangout with him for awhile....I also think it would be a great opportunity to get some pictures together with our families. Cool Investment Website

Guys, this week, I joined a website that allows you to lend our your money to other people and collect interest. It is pretty cool. It was created by the guys who built Ebay. Let me explain a little of how it works.

If someone needs some cash, they log on a create a profile. The website has to verify all of their number, like how much they make a year, their job, etc. Then they can fill out a loan application. The application is pretty much them pleeding their case as to why you should lend them cash. They chose the rate at which they are willing to take a loan for and then they open the loan for bidding.

What people do is the following: If I am willing to lend them $50, and 99 other people are also willing to lend then $50, then they have their $5000 loan. The website them funds them the cash, and they make payments to the website owners. The website then manages sending the money for the payments out to the 100 people who lent the money out. It is a pretty cool idea if you really think about it.

The website is www.Propser.com. It has won all sorts of awards for inovation and jizz like that. If you area saving for retirement and are interested in diversifying some of your money, you should go check it out. It is pretty cool.

CHURCH BALL
This week I had my first venture back onto the violent court that is Church Ball. The Elder's Quorum in our branch said that they needed some help and asked if I could come play. Given that I weigh in a almost a metric ton, I figured that they must really need the help if they were asking me. So, last Wednesday night, I played in my first church ball game since I was a teacher.

We go to a spanish branch, so you would think that having white dudes would help, because we might be a little bit taller. Well, we had two white dudes there and we are both measured each time we try to ride the bumper cars are Lagoon, so we didn't help much. During the first quarter, they kept feeding me the rock. When they would dump it to me, they expected me to shoot. At least that is the look they would give me. "Wells..." I said, "let me try it." Yeah, I missed everything. So after a few of rounds of that happening, they didn't make the mistake of passing to me anymore, and they just let me set picks and screens, which is what I prefer. We should stick to what we know.

We lost by three points, and I spent most of my time arguing with the bloody ref. I felt that he was making some calls based on racism. At the end of the game, we had 16 fouls called on us and the other team had 3. Of the three refs, two apoligized after the game for the third one. I was told that if you get teched in church ball, that you have to talk to the stake president before you can play again. I came close but never went over the edge. It was a good game. No one lost their temper too badly, and we all had a good time.

I know that some of you all are ballers. Anyone have any experiences like that with a ref at church ball?

We are always looking for ways to feel more like "the man" in our own household. I want to let you all in on a little secret that helps me out. You see, what I do is, when I get in the shower, I will bring a soda with with me. Just a can of soda. I don't know why, but I love chilling in the hot shower while I am drinking a nice ice cold Diet Mountain Dew. It is sweet. Just wanted to let you all in on that piece of SWEETNESS. Try it out, and let me know if you feel the same.

Must say I also think this is a good Idea, Sorry it took me so long to get on. I'm used to getting off. Hahahah!
I don't think there is a whole lot to report on that people don't know. But Here goes. We still just have the 2 kids. Bryson now 5, and Brendan 18 months. Last week was our first try to get brendan in nursery, did not go as well as planned. He is a momma's boy at this point, although I still have hope for him. Bryson Is still a stud and A daddy's boy I'm happy to report. He loves to wrestle and play anything to do with sports. Me and Elisha are doing good. Were both still working at the shop. My landscaping company did pretty well for the first year considering the amount of time I had to put into it. Jeremy My partner bailed on me and screwed me over, but I think it's for the better. I hope to get as many accounts as possible this year, and if I get enough would like to quit the shop and do it fulltime. We are thinking of going on a cruise the last week of february or first week in march. We are thinking just a 4 nighter because we are going to try and sneak away from the kids. We found rates at $209 a person if anyone is interested in going with us. The cruise will leave from Los Angeles and sail to ensenada and catalina island. If you would like to go let us know. Things are going pretty well though, and we can't complain too much. Joel I enjoyed that video! We all have some experience with bottle rockets, right Ryan! Hope all is well and we will be logging on to the blog as much as possible.

Lost - Please watch

The Dawes

Here is a quick run-down for you on the Dawe household. I am extremely busy right now, managing 2 restaurants and trying to get our grand opening taken care of for the new West Jordan store. We are also opening a new store in Jordan Landing. That one should be ready to go around the beginning of March. It's great experience, but man I gotta tell ya, it can be really tough to deal with that many people one on one. I still do some electrical work now and then on the side.
Krista is doing awesome, she is 14 weeks pregnant now and she is rarely ever sick. WOOHOO!!!We heard the new babies heart-beat for the first time today (My B-Day) and are excited to have another addition to our home. She keeps busy trying to keep the house in order after the whirling dervish aka Rylee ransacks the place.
Rylee is growing fast! She is very talkative now, and she loves taking care of her dog sophie. She is also a HUGE fan of cok-a-la-late (chocolate).
My parents are doing great..they have become best friends again since all their kids left, and are planning another cruise to enjoy their retirement. All is well with the rest of the family. Our new baby will be the 28th grandkid.

Hey y'all. I will be the second one to post here. How lucky. I think that this is a sweet idea by the way.

Here is a pic that we took on our anniversary. We went to Hawaii for Christmas through New Year (sorry Greg. That is why I missed your party). Hawaii was fun. It really is paradise.

Not to exciting for anyone but me really. Mandi just started school again this week to finish her 2 year accounting degree, and I am also training her to become an appraiser, so she is pretty busy. I just got called as a Young Mens Advisor in my ward, and I am excited about that calling.



Broseph (our dog) is doing well. He hardly ever eats his own poop anymore, so we are very excited for him.
We are happy. We love blogging. I really hope this gets going to where everyone is posting every day, if not more. This is a good idea to bond again. Please everyone POST AWAY! It would be fun to check this blog a few times a day and see that it has changed each time.

The beginning.....

Hey all,
I have been thinking alot lately about the amount of everyday life we have going on and the speed at which it rushes by. There are so many things that we ought to share with each other. We are a unique group of friends. We have defied odds in our continued relationships and I would think it a shame to let them slip away like so many others do. So the creation of this blog is for all of us to be able to "touch base" with just a few simple words, a picture of the family, or an event coming up in the near future. I think we can all use this to our advantage and I think we all check our e-mail at least once a day in our daily routines, so why not check in and see how the buddies are doing. I will be getting all of your e-mail addresses soon and sending out invites, feel free to invite those that you think belong here with us. Let's all make an effort to keep the memories that we made together something that we can still draw comfort and laughter from, and moving forward with our lives keep everyone in the loop with the exciting things that will happen to our families as we grow older together.
